I’m entering a new integration in my work, and with that comes a rebrand: EXPANSION.
This shift reflects my own evolution and the depth of wisdom I’ve gathered over time—wisdom that goes far beyond nutrition and movement alone.
EXPANSION represents the understanding that feeling vibrant—emotionally and physically well—is shaped by far more than what we eat or how we exercise. Our moment-to-moment reality is influenced by our thoughts, belief patterns, genetic makeup, and personal vulnerabilities. These factors shape how we respond to stress, how we behave, and how our bodies function.
Many people feel overwhelmed by the expectation to create the perfect eating plan, exercise plan, or life plan. But often, the challenge isn’t the absence of a plan—it’s the absence of space.
When space is created, awareness grows. And from that awareness, clarity begins to unfold.
The nutrition and movement that are right for you in any given moment are not random—they are influenced by your lifestyle, your history, your genetic tendencies, and your individual vulnerabilities. As you learn to observe your responses and give yourself space to reflect, the path forward becomes clearer and more practical.
