The Practitioner Behind EXPANSION
Leanna is a holistic wellness practitioner based at Shelly Beach, NSW. Scientist by training, and a guide by experience. She founded EXPANSION on a single conviction: that the path to wellbeing is not found in restriction or relentless optimisation — it is found in learning to listen and understand yourself, in all areas of life.
Leanna brings multiple disciplines into a deeply personalised approach — one shaped entirely around you, your biology, your history, and where you are right now. Trained across functional wellness, medical nutrition, nervous system education, mineral therapy, personal training, breathwork, and yoga, she brings both rigour and genuine curiosity to every client she works with.
Her foundational belief — drawn from both research and her own healing journey — is that the body cannot repair itself in a constant state of stress. Before supplements, protocols, or programmes, the work begins with safety: helping the nervous system shift from survival mode into a state where real, lasting change becomes possible.
