Cacao Buckwheat Radiative Stress-Reducing Porridge
Ingredients
1 cup raw buckwheat groats, soaked
2tbsps flaxseeds
½ cup stewed apple or pear
1/2 cup raw milk
2 tbsp organic cacao powder
1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of organic 100% pure maple syrup
Pinch sea salt

Directions
Place buckwheat groats and flaxseed into a bowl, cover with filtered water. Set aside to soak for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight if possible. Rinse and drain thoroughly.
Place all of the porridge ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until combined. Scape into serving pots or bowls and transfer to the fridge to chill for 30 minutes before eating.
